Just a quick update on my efforts with the Keyword Academy. I’ve got to be honest, I’ve been a bit slack with this site and with the work I set out for myself for this project. I’ve actually built two websites and a few Squidoo lenses. The first website is currently a write off. I stuffed up the research by not using the exact match option in the Google keywords tool. It still gets a few searches a month but not as many as I originally thought. It might be salvagable later on but for now it’s just sitting there getting a couple of clicks a day but no income.

I’ve spent the last couple of days building the website and madly creating content to post on it. So far I have six posts but I’m going to add a few methods onto what Mark and Court mention in their videos.

So I’ve built the website and as I’ve got no imagination and it’s a totally new niche to me I’ve bought some PLR stuff to use for ideas. I use PLR when I’m feeling lazy and can’t be bothered or don’t have time to scour forums. I don’t copy and paste but just use it to kick start my brain. Usually I’ll read the whole lot of articles that I’ve purchased and start writing, occasionally referring to it for facts and figures. I should really invest in some sort of Article writing program but I started with a set amount of funds for my online venture and it won’t stretch to $67 monthly for the program Mark and Court recommend.
